Default 2000 model Laser keys?

Sorry if this has been asked a million times. How do I get a spare key cut for my laser. Key cutters can't do it because of the car having a chip in the key that changes each time you use it.
Many thanks Steve

chip in the key that changes every time is something I never came across in a laser

just a faulty key itself ..

you used the word key cutters but not locksmith

take the car to a qualified locksmith or ford them selves
they should be able to program new keys to your car with a proper scanner

or with the vin number id
ford should be able to order in or get the right keys
