Talking What camshaft upgrade for au 2 xr8?

Hey guys ive asked before with limited response... Can people tell me what camshaft upgrade for the au 2 xr8 should i do? will i need new springs,lifters, etc? what combo has worked well for there ride?
And brands and part numbers would be appreciated aswell. Thanks heaps peter :
