Default really loud noise on idle

sounds to be like a lifter, i had one that would click wen driving for a while now

and last night, i was giving its carbon blow out and now on idle it sounds awful like something is broken :S

mine makes a noise which sounds like a lifter/tappet in the first 10 secs of idle (on start-up), then goes away. ive neva spent time to find out exactly what it is, but hasnt affected me in last 30,000kms.....YET. if u find out, what it is, PM me

correct me if im wrong but they can click upon first startin cos oil pressure hasnt primed them? am i right there. replaced some on a magna was pretty easy like dont know if fords are any diff but like just take rocker arm assembly up and they sit in there pop out put new ones in.
