good stuff, i'm very pleased for you. as for the interview, just remember to relax, be yourself and be honest. if it's meant to be it will be. best of luck from both kel and myself.

I agree - be yourself.
If you're not yourself and get the job, they were looking for a different type of person, so what makes you think you'll be happy in that job? My brain hurts. Cheers

you'll be right, just try not to get too exited or worried, just relax . remember even if you don't get it this time, you can always try again later. stay positive and remember we'vw all been there, so if you need any advice or encorougment don't be afraid to ask.

I applied for a promotion to stay at the level that I'm currently working at. It may or may not be this location, but we're not leaving town - we like it here too much.
Cheers

well then, good luck to both of you.
i always think of a job interview as a first date. you can try to say and do all the right things, but it's the real you they are interested in. generally both parties will have made up thier minds about the other person in the first few minutes anyway.

Yes, my inetrview was like that - they really didn't want to hear the "compulsory" bit, but woke up when they asked me about myself and my philosophy. I gave them both barrls - they'll love me or hate me.
Cheers

Data tells us that people make up their minds about you in the first 30 seconds. They spend the rest of the interview looking for clues that validate their decision. So, there are no second chances for first impressions!

well it was very interesting day ! doing cpr, and learning how to get other people out of bed and how to cope with different body weights of people, and how to document and of course the day would not be complete with out paper work lol and that was orientation . but i was good and tomorrow the whole group will be spending time at yaralla place all day tomorrow so i cant wait it will be good, i felt sorry for the kitchen staff today the dishwasher broke down they were short staffed and i wonder Y ? and they had to take the dishes down to yaralla place had their yearly check up lol ! in a way i was pleased it wasnt me ! but i felt guilty but i know i shouldnt ! any way that is my rant !
