Default NSW: Cruise

Here are the details for the Cruise up the Mountains. Bluehoon came up with the idea, most ppl thought it sounds like a sweet drive so this is what we've decided on.

"Shoot up bells line of road, into lithgow. Go out back of lithgow on a few back roads, maybe even drive to jenolan caves, then come back up great western highway, up mt victoria, across darling causeway, back home bells line of road.
Or head down great western highway and into Penrith Krispy Kreme's...
Great pubs, and pie shops on the way too. Ripper apple pie shop at Belpin...

Rather scenic, all sorts of terrain, good roads, and great corners..

The route we plan on taking is far shorter then the Singleton Drive, and given the nature of the drive, there is far more opportunities to stop.

You could get away with 2/3rds of a tank on this trip.

Be sure to bring UHF/CB's, if there is a channel 14...

Meeting point will be Richmond Macca's.
Store Name: Richmond
Suburb: RICHMOND
Postcode: 2753
Address: Cnr March & Eastmarket Sts

Around 9am...

Yes - this store does have a carpark....

See yas there!

Cheers

No E-tag at the moment, but I do have the M7 pamphlet in my hands so I will try and get it before the end of the week.
If I dont receive it by the end of the week I will just have to steal the bosses one :

Convinced the missus, just need to get some tires on the back that actually work in more than a sprinkle. Be good to see some of the other B series falcons in the metal.

Accellerated off the light on Pennant Hills Rd..no rain...just a bit of water on the road. Nothing excessive or stupid but ended up over a couple kerbs and completely destroyed a street sign. Damage is pretty severe to the car, theres alot of underside damage to diff, suspension and 3 mags were destroyed, not to mention a few panels. I'm hoping to get the insurance assesors into gear tomorrow so it can start to be fixed. The wife and I are ok. could have been alot worse. we came to rest in reverse between a couple massive concrete pillars with about 1 foot to spare on each side.

I'd love to go on this one, but car is at Autotech getting a "new and improved" T5, "dogbox" and new clutch kit. Wont have it back for a week or 2.

But hopefully be ready for next one with rims to boot. :

Clay, I've toyed with the idea of some new parts but I"m not sure how and if this is possible as I've never smashed a car this bad b4! Don't really know how to work out extras with the insurance co. They started an assesment today to hopefully will hear back tomorrow and see what happens from there.
