Have a 7 seat Patrol and was wondering if all 7 seats need to be there for a RWC (Vic).
Its complied as a 7 seater but most people rip out the 3rd row to make some space in the back, which is what i want to do. can i remove them before the RWC and rego? |

if it is complianced like that they have to be there unless it is registered with vic roads as a 5 seater. put them in for reg and rwc then rip them out once it is registerd
