Default was it just me?

was browsing the forums, clicked a link to open in a new tab and then clicked the 'next' page for the first window. both windows came up as a blank screen and both said
"I cannont connect because:Too many connections"
exact copy and paste from the screen.
did this happen to anyone else? it lasted for about 1 minute before the forums were normal again.
either way thought id let you guys know incase it is the start of a problem or something.
