Morgan Freeman was injured in a car accident last night. The car he was driving was a 1997 Nissan Maxima. Morgan is expected to make a full recovery.

There is obviously no money in acting if he was driving a bloody Nissan Maxima!

He's played God in so many movies, it's not hard to wonder if he really IS god. :P
Hope he has a speedy recovery.

thats interesting. an 11 year old rubbish Nissan. I know cars are not super important to everyone but really?? the guy must have a few bob. Even to get a boring car with modern safety gear would be a start. Heath Shaw must be on 300 a year and he was driving/smashing an AU (not that there is anything wrong with AU's before I get shot down)

The name of the thread should be changed to Morgan Freeman drives a 97 Maxima, why doesn't he buy something decent, its not like he can't afford it.

I heard on the news that the car actually belonged to his friend. She was also in the car but her condition is not known.
