Who here has seen this movie? I saw it last night (Valentines Day) and it was awesome! Clint Eastwood was supurb, and considering his age, gives this effort twice as much credibility. Without giving away too much if you havn't seen it, it was funnier than most comedies yet it was more powerful and uplifting than any Tony Robbins speach could ever be. The fact that the film title would also denote an emphasis of a particular brand of automobile (that's right it ain't Chevy or Chrysler) makes it just that much sweeter.
If you havn't seen it already, do yourself a favour and go see it, you won't be dissapointed. |

Movie of the year so far, i found it refreshing to see the removal of all and any political correctness in a style only Clint Eastwood can do.
Please don't give away the end for those who have yet to see it. |

A top movie - loved his relationship with the old girl on the other veranda!

Was refreshing to see a completely un-PC movie and not done for the shock of it but by a proud American solider who built up a grudge based on his tour in Korea but conflicted by his sense of right and wrong, regardless of race.
The dialog was exceptional and you felt compassion for such a hardnosed ba^&ard. Best movie I've seen in a long time. |

Loved it, huge Clint Eastwood fan. My only criticism, not enough about the car. And yes this was the same car Starsky and Hutch drove, one years difference in model though.
This movie won't win an Oscar because of the racial comments, but it should. It's a big wake up call to Americans ( and us, we're headed the same way)and gang culture.

I'm looking forward to going to see this movie!
Saw the promo and by the looks, it is one of those classic Clint Movies which will make it's way to my DVD collection!

Great movie, but don't expect it to be a car movie! The 'GT' hardly gets a look-in...

wasnt a comedy but it had some pretty funny bits...
best movie ive seen for a while though, like mentioned there should have been more emphasis on the car, seeing as it was named after it... personally i thought the ending could have been done a bit better, but a least it wasnt your run of the mill movie... with the guessable ending and all...

Saw it a few weeks ago, LOVED IT! Would've liked to see more of the car, but hey thats what makes us car nuts :P
Was great to see a movie live up to its hype! Missus loved it too. Some of the "comments" and one liners were sensational!

A thoroughly enjoyable movie, with some great one liners eg: yum yum.
I really liked the song at the end, sung by written and sung by Clint Eastwood & Jamie Cullum. |

Get off my lawn! Eastwood does a great job of playing on opinions of how some viewers may see him based on on previous roles, only to contradict these images in a way that really grabs you. Eg, for all the growling and scowling, the one time he lets off a round in the whole movie it's a clumsy accident and he falls and cuts his lip!
Unfortunately some of the supporting actors weren't so crash hot but it was a top flick. I could have smacked the ranga right out of that red headed minister. Not as good as Unforgiven but if it's going to be his last acting role it's a great way to go. |

Yeah +1 for it being a top movie! The racism could have come accross very poorly if not well managed but I think he directed it so well that it actually made it easier to relate to him. Everything he said may not have been P.C. but you new there was a good heart behind it. Definately reminded me of my grandfather.
