Well all i have yet again had an excellent experience with Pedders Frankston store. Simon who works there is an absolute champ.
In short i have a lot of work done there from re-setting my leaf springs (twice), swapping springs around from shock to shock and a host of new bushes and shocks. I managed to pick up a faulty shock and he replaced it under warranty without any questions or issues. Also, i had him check out the rear end as it had been rather un nerving lately as it has been wandering around under brakes. Thought i may have broken the bolt holding the leaf springs together and also locating the axle housing. Nope becuse i fitted them myself i had missed the fact it needed a packer on the springs as the shackle to go over it was too big. This has also stopped almost all of the signs of axle tramp. (Was terrible before) and shut a lot of the noise from the back end up. I could simply not ask for better advice, service or quality. I can not say enough.
