You cant grow up in the place it is made, be told you are not allowed to try it until you are 18, but then see the smoke stacks of the sugar refinery right next door from everywhere in the town.
It is like Charlie and the Chocolate factory...the magic mystical place, with the product that should be worshipped... Mind you, you can take a tour even if you are under drinking age, you just dont get to try the merchandise at the end... And the mollassas (eek spelling!!) smell wafting from the refinery and in the distillery can be somewhat off-putting... I am not a drinker, but when i have the odd one i will only drink Bundy...

I'm mostly a beer man but do get into the vodka mixers if I have any sort of spirit based drinks. After many months of shotting a whole bottle of Beam each with my mates for months and months, I'm well and truely over spirits! |

the tour is great, i think i went a total of 5 times, usually when family visted, its pretty much the only attraction in Bundy, so it was off to the distillery we go!! AMAZIN when you walk into the storage room with the huge wooden vats all lined up knowing they all contain the liquid gold... Great stories of the fires there years and years ago...drunk fish floating dead in the river apparently...

Maybe the wording of the poll is too strong and people prefer the other intoxicating beverages slightly better...

If you want a real pick me up or a belly warmer for a cold night, mix half and half in a glass of Rum & Port...
Potent but does the trick Rum is definately one of the better spirits, sweet taste and not just the bite like vodka has |

Love the stuff, i can drink it to enjoy it, drink it to get off my face, drink it to chill and drink it to aid sleep and just keep going back to it. Long live the bundy bear. But bundy rum and dimmu borgirs album spiritual black dimensions you just cant beat it, mind you it can cause some pretty serious neck strainage from excessive head banging and random jumping around.

Yep, having a Bundie stubbie right now, the mate that got me onto it many years ago is a bit fanatical, when he cracks the first Bundy of the day he says : "ahhh, it feels like an angel ****ed on my tounge" :
