Heard on the TV last night that there will be new episodes of Top Gear. Good to hear its coming back on the air.
On this note there is also new episodes of Mythbusters. And good on SBS for the coverage of the World Cup.

I hope its not at the stupid time of 2:00PM on a Friday....no one (excpets uni bums like me) will see it and appreciate it. I brought one of there DVD's, even my GF and house mate who dont really care about cars found it funny!

Just did a quick search and ended up on some random forum that states in wont be on till December 12 at 7:30pm. What would SBS advertise it now if it isn't going to be on for such a long time. I remeber a couple of months ago people sending mass emails to SBS to get the show reinstated.

great show. and very well produced... has a real common feel to it, even though they do test on OUT OF MY PRICE range vehicles, I love how he gives the cars a rough time...
had never seen it before, until a few years ago when someone came back from the uk and bought a dvd, then when i went o/s, watched it... really good stuff, wish we had shows like that.... |

am really lookin forward to seein Top Gear back on..it stoped for cos of the world cup, only thing worth watching on a Sunday nite

I'm hanging for the show to come back....Its not just the cars, its the take b/w the presenters, the celebrity driver doing a lap plus seeing something exotic drifting side ways at 60 miles an hour.....I could watch that all day.
We would never see 'The Car Show' doing something like that when testing a hsv/fpv do we ? Luckiest we see is a 'chrip' on take off. The do gooders would complain to much and say it encourages hoon like behaviour. |

Hopefully they keep Mythbusters on at 8:30 after top gear. Could make a real great Monday night as opposed to the channels 7, 9 and 10 craporama.
