Default XR8888 goes 13.23

Hey guys, Just heard from Brad (XR8888) and he has just had his first outing at the drags since my 13.28 bodged run.

13.23 @ 106.8.

The stats are cool too, 2.0 60ft, with 85mph to the half. This is the first run of the day, so I'll keep you all posted.

Cheers

Chris

Chris, i was a skeptic on N/A 260 Boss doing 12 sec pass, your not to far away from proving me wrong, which is a good thing for all us Ford fans and Boss owners.
Good launches are a very big key.

Yeh, can't see close enough but is that the carby version? Someone in the states puts a carby version of the modular into the 70's Mustangs, great setup for non fuel injected cars.

The manifold is for a carbie but they have an attachment that bolts on to that for a twin throttle body setup along with fuel rails and injectors....when you use the carbie setup there are bolts that plug up the injector holes.
Small pic below, the 2 parts are bolted together
There is also a PD blower for the 5.4 US$5200
