Well what can I say but what a great day.

After being delayed for 90 minutes whilst they preped the track after last nights rain we got going at 11-30. There weren't many out there so there wasn't much time between runs. Once again Simon from Morpowa took the wheel.

Car did 4 runs and was getting quicker each time.

Here are the details from each time slip in order of the runs:

60 Foot MPH ET

2.063 106.81 13.238
2.010 106.67 13.129
1.941 107.61 13.042
2.038 107.61 13.028

Would've been great to get into the 12's and by looking at those times I'm sure it would have happened with one more run but time was really against us.....think I can safely say that there is a 12 sec number in this car with a good 60'.

To Chris and Simon of Bluepower/Xtreme - thanks for a tune that is unbelievable and without doubt the best in the country. Car drives like a limo on the road but is a beast on the track.

Thanks also to Simon at Morpowa for a great steer again and all the work he has done on the car over the past 6 months.

Only problem now is that there is a major gap between my PB and the cars.....if only I could launch the thing :

Cheers

Brad

Well done Brad and the Xtreme team.
Just had a big drive in my ute today and man does it feel strong.
Can't wait for Chris to get to Sydney to do a number.
Sounds like a 12 will be dead and buried by then though.

Well done Brad, just 3 hundredths of a second to go mate. How are you going to get those 3 hundredths.....ahhh..don't blink, slide your front bumper forward by a couiple of mm, push forward in the seat just before the line and maybe open up all of your air vents with the fan running full blast.

It was there for the taking Craig...so close but yet so far.....today was perfect...bugger all cars there too.

would have given my left one ( or my wife ) for a 1.80 - 1.90 60' today.

mixed emotions when I left the track...delighted with the time but couldn't help but think what might have been.
