The visability and agility of a vehicle that big is bound to cause problems. I've been driving a Izusu NPR200 for the last year and I can't imagine the amount of times I've aggervated drivers because of my driving. I feel sorry for the driver of the truck, I can't imagine being in something that big, that it's easy manuvering around suburban streets.

I would have seriously just pushed his car out of the way. This guy is the kind of bottom feeder that needs a life imprisonment to show the country that this sort of offence is unacceptable.

I had a guy destroy me in a road rage attack, put me in hospital with lots of broken bones, knocked out, and a few teeth missing. The guy got off because I was knocked out and couldnt say if I threw the first punch or not, even though I said Im 99% sure I didnt, but as I cant remember due to being unconscious, they gave him benefit of the doubt. The legal system in this country is a joke. He walked out of court with a smile on his face.

Road works on every road heading North out of Adelaide at the same time for the past 12 months keeps tempers flared, you can't even look at someone in the car next to you some days without getting the finger or abuse.

Yep I would have accidently allowed the trailer to run over the front of his car when driving away.

Interestingly there was a docu on last night that showed that being in a traffic jam caused more stress than being in a riot (simulated)

the truck driver did the right thing, like someone said the legal system is shizen and if he were to push that car off the road he would be in big trouble.

in a situation like that he was calm and let the driver let out his fury, which is the right thing to do, aggrevating the driver would only stir the pot

I would not film it. I would call the police, taking note of the car he was driving, its license plate, as well as a description of the frenzied man.

Getting out is placing yourself in danger. There's a reason why the truckie stayed in his cabin.

He could have had a weapon on him; the truck driver had no way of knowing for sure.

The driver did the right thing. Better the truck get damaged than the driver's skull.

I think the tuck driver show great restraint by not engaging this clown. I was a linehaul driver in the transport industry for a long time and know many drivers who would have given this guy some much deserved "contact counseling".
This truckie is a true professional.

from the way he kicks the car etc, my guess is the angry man has had one too many early christmas drinks after work.

The police should be able to get his license plate etc from the video yeah? Enhance...enhance...enhance....

I tried to intervene in a road rage and the idiot tried to attack me he was drunk and about a foot shorter than me he ran up to me and pushed me and he was that ****ed my feet didnt move. I was in an area with security cameras. Because of the cameras I wasnt game to hit him and end up in court on a GBH charge . I had to reason with him which is hard with an idiot even more so when he is ****ed . He threw punches which I blocked and then he asked me what I wanted to do and I said I want to drive my car and he says get in your car and drive . I said ok your the boss and drive off seeing this bloke standing in the middle of the road thinking he is Jean Claude Van damme smiling and looking real proud of himself . I think videoing it was a wise move but if I saw someone getting beaten up I would still step in

much like some business' have bomb threat procedures, our drivers at work have a road rage incident procedure to follow (its a sad state of affairs when you have to have such things), it includes staying in the truck, locking the doors and calling the cops. As was already said, you have no idea if these tards have knives etc.. especially up our end of town..

speaking of northern suburbs, I reckon 85+% of the guys here between the ages of 18 - 40 wear hi-vis shirts lol.. (as per the offenders description)

Thank God that this has been captured on camera and can be used against this road rage clown. Its a sad state of affairs when this behaviour becomes all too prevalent.

I am sure being a truckie is quite difficult, I had mates in transport for nearly 15 years

But we need transport for the wheels to stay on the economy
