Here in Perth we've just finished a 3 year trial of day light saving and it's really polarised the city, yes love it, no hate it.
Anyway we're having a referendum in May and it's costing 10 million tax payers dollars. So a local radio station said on the news that the govt has decided to scrap the referendum and save 10 mill and continue the trial for another 3 years. The morning crew went along with it and got people to ring in with their thoughts. Some people were really mad about it, but the best was the guy at the printing lab with 10 tonne of paper they were printing for the ballot papers heard it, panicked, ran down to the printing floor and told them to shut down, which they did. Reckons it cost several thousand in lost production. :

I got sucked in at work by a fellow employee telling me the manager wanted to see me, that's the extent of my experience though.
We actually got him back later on by filling his entire locker with straw

Yep Jaydee, the morning crew did a pretty good job on that one!
It was even mentioned in the news bulletin.

Ran a prank on my business partner by telling all of our online subscribers that he quit the business and started his own flower arranging and knitting practice.
To back it up I had a legitimate website registered and a webpage set up which showed him in his new work environment. ;) A |

I went the whole day and was suspicious of everything, I didn't fall for a thing. Then I get on this site and read a thread along the lines of 'GM and Chrysler to leave NASCAR by 2010' and I thought it was genuine, then I released what had happened and I felt like a bit of a goose.
