Default Adding short search terms...

Hi all,

I've noticed that search terms like "au", "ba", and "lpg" are all acceptable for searching, but typically anything under 4 characters is no good..

this is fine, and i understand the reasoning... but can I ask that "ute" be added to the list? trying to find anything ute specific can be difficult if its not in the ute section... and its very rare that people use the word "utility" in real life, let alone on the internet...

it'd jsut be handy for searching for ute specific stuff in areas where people talk about all kinds of cars (ie. for sale section, LPG section, car audio section... just about all of the forums that come under "the workshop" really)

just a thought..

G'day mate,

Use the asterisk key when searching for short or common terms.

If you want to search for ute type ute* and you will get heaps or results :
