I used him a few years back Melbourne to Brisbane, door to door. Was a good experience. You may have to think about borders being closed ATM.

Another possibility , if he is still in business - Theo from Strathfieldsaye - who was looking for backloading into Victoria - his business transporting new caravans to Queensland - one towed and one on a tilt tray.
His phone number 03 54395600 or 0418504279. His main pickup points were in Campbell field area - an enormous number of new van manufacturers there. I had a small car form Brisbane about 10 years ago , couldn't fault his service and with one car on tilt tray less likely any damage. |

The borders aren’t closed to freight drivers .. never have been... just need a border pass and at some stages evidence of regular covid tests.

I also got the owner to send another set of photos when car was dropped off at depot. Car arrived heavily scuffed under both side skirts and front bumper. They denied it all even after sending them photos. |

BNE is pretty busy with cars atm...they just had a major hailstorm last month so lots of wrecks and new cars being shipped around...I just waited 3 weeks for transport.
MEL will be easier as people looking for backloads. |
