Default got some Q's.......

hey there peoples.
picking up a NC V8 on sunday & wanna do some mods to it.

ive been reading about swapping diff gears which is cool (spose i gotta wait until sunday/monday until i get it on the hoist to check current ratio). whats the going rate for higher ratio gears? any "to look out fors"?

what other secrets do you fella's have for the 5.0L? This is my 5th ford but #1 inj 5.0L (last build up was 350 2 door monaro..yeah yeah, i've had Valiants, holdens & fords)?
Forget the exhaust **** cause i own an exhaust shop :togo:

I found that a Explorer manifold, Pacemaker extractors and a decent exhaust livened up my 5.0 a fair bit. Knocked a full second off my 1/4 time. Good enough power for cruising and keeping most of the I6 boys at bay.

Yeah biggest improvements for smallest cash are the exhaust, GT40p Manifold, cam etc other than that forced induction my friend!!!!
