Default car show merchandise

hey all,

Im organising the Cruise For Cancer '08 in october this year. this will be our second year running, and its for the prostate cancer foundation of australia(pcfa).

We thinking of selling merchandise with al proceeds going directly to the pcfa. we polo shirts and t-shirts with all the sponsors logos (with their permission of course) and the event logos.

I'm thinking of also selling caps or stubby holders.

As fellow car enthusiasts, what would you buy if offered the three items above? or if you have any other suggestions please let me know.

cheers for your input.

dan b

dash trophys or fridge magnets would make good souveniers of the day.

Bluey`s Custom T-Shirts and Trophies from western sydney area specialises in this sort of gear and could probably help you out with whats selling these days.

Caps and T-Shirts are dfinately a winner, even better if you include them in entry price, if able to do so of course

As Laminge has posted a small item that anyone could afford is a great way to go especially if you get a good GP. But a range of products is also important. Stubby holder is a very good idea. Most charities we support at work offer pens, key rings, badges, stickers. Small and cheap means everyone can buy one.

the key ring idea is actually growing on me. one of my work mates suggested that as well.

im going in to see trixle (t-shirt supplier) on monday after work.

another idea that was suggested ( don't how i'd do it time wise on the day) enthusiasts like seeing thier machines in magazines and websites.

it was suggested that i take a few snaps of the owners with their cars for the web site.

thoughts?

great idea but doesn't make any dollars. Some people might think there will be show quality cars so what chance have I got? Certainly a good reward for those who turn up.
I have more key rings than I have actual keys! You can make them affordable enough while still making enough profit to make any oil cartel Blush! Polo shirts are great as well I guess the question will be the deal you can get with the supplier with regards to cost versus quantity, estimated turn up and take up as well. The way fuel is going this could already be an expensive day for a lot of people so cheap could be the way to go.
