Default Briefly flashing post notice

Hey Admins and Mods.
recently as I've clicked 'submit' on some posts, a notice has flashed very quickly on my screen, too quick to read in fact. It's longer than the regular 'thanks for the post, directing you back to the thread etc' and from what I can make out in the brief flash of it, it has the word Moderate in it several times.. am I in some sort of trouble here?

It's a standard message designed for users on slow connections to let them know something is happening.
