Hello,
I've previously had ASL upgrade my monochrome FG ICC screen to a colour one. What I'd like to know is can the opposite be done? If I source the monochrome screen that belongs to a car with the same equipment level as my car (being single zone, Bluetooth and iPod enabled, no reverse sensors) from a wrecker or similar, will it need to be paired to my car? This is taking into consideration that I'll be keeping my original CD player, BEM, Bluetooth and iPod modules. Can multiple screens be paired to a single car? I plan to keep my colour screen to change back in if I decide to sell the car at a later date. I'm sure this begs the question "why?" - I have previously relocated the ICC screen to make room for my other modifications to the ICC. Whilst very successful, I was not happy with the colour screen in my chosen location and I am of the opinion that the monochrome screen would suit better. Not to mention that the monochrome screen is considerably smaller and thus easier for modding compared to the colour one. I have returned the screen to the usual location and replaced the modified fascia panels, so it's about as stock as it gets at the moment. Thanks for your time and attention. Do you sell second hand monochrome screens at ASL?
I have read a few posts on the forums indicating that you do sell second hand colour ones. If it's considerably cheaper than a whole ICC from eBay, I would buy from you. |

Not interested at that price. I will bat on with the colour screen and rethink my mods.
