Not really a site problem but an Apple problem. The bottom lines of a post’s window sometimes overlay the last line of text. I’m sure a patch will be rolled out.
Posting so others don’t wonder “IIJM” (to paraphrase Mumsnet). |

IMO, it is wise to wait a few weeks when Apple release a new IOS, before installing it, especially a major one like IOS 15.
Better to let any bugs be reported and an incremental update released first. |

It’s definitely due for some patches.
I first update the newest device on the basis it should be the most capable of digesting new OS code, wait and see how it shakes down before updating anything else. Not so wobbly as 14 when fresh, but have managed to crash during a few posts on AFF. |

‘Don’t update your iPhone’: Touch screen issues reported with latest iOS update
An issue with the latest update to iOS 15 is causing headaches for Apple iPhone users worldwide. A large number of people are reporting intermittent touch screen problems in the latest update from Apple that rolled out earlier in the week. It is said to cause isolated parts of the iPhone display to stop responding to touch. The only way to solve the bug is through a reboot of the iPhone. https://7news.com.au/technology/dont...date-c-4116936 |

It is odd, thanks for the link - had looked around the place a couple of days back and it was all either parroting or fanboi guff, even then.
Can’t help wondering if the massive push to AR tech is causing elements of an intentionally 2D screen display to be misidentified and therefore given wrong attributes. Most faults seem more prevalent in landscape use. Links that don’t respond, screen elements that can’t be altered by pinching, slow or non-linear scrolling/dragging. I can also crash the browser window with no saving of current edits by “parking” the cursor (by dragging) on top of a character. |

15.1 update coming down the chute, what could possibly go wrong?
The last update of 15.0.2 was a slight improvement, but it’s still imperfectly meshing with a lot of web pages. At least this thread stands to assure others it’s not just their unique experience. |
