Default Ford Australia limited/special edition runs

Hey,

Just thought this would be something fun to do, make a thread dedicated to limited and speical editions throughout Ford in Australia's history. They don't have to be just Australian built, anything that has been sold in a dealership really, doesn't matter even if it was just a set of wheels and a badge.

I'll start with one:

Cortina S pack

XE Falcon S pack.

Proudly drove my fathers brand new Falcon S Pack up to the Sunshine coast the day after I got my learners. Felt like a million bucks driving it!

Grant I purchased a genuine one owner 40,xxxklms manual xe s pack back in 93'.
Same spec as the pictured car, this thing was mint. Paid 6k for it and only got to enjoy it for 3mths before some turds stole it from the multi story at Carindale on Xmas eve.
Car was there for less than 10mins, never saw it again.

Loved that car.

S Pack was not a limited edition or special run. It was a popular option available on Falcons and Fairmonts throughout the XE life. X Pack was the limited run on XE's as well as a "Dick Johnson" special.

What about a XC Falcon 500 GS Evolution? The forgotten Homologated Optioned falcon, and the closely related pre-production/"clayton cobras"...

I don't care if Holden fans continue to discredit the Falcon Cobra as an excuse to dispose the coupe shells, here it is...

They also did that; the LE Monaro. I think they came with 8-track cartridge players!

XB Fairmont with the half vinyl roof ...IRC it was a "Continetal".

Did Ford do a batch of XD wagons with LTD fronts and some LTD interior bits..or are they just home made conversions?
