Hey all...
Dealing with UNI is tuff enough, but having no money is worse.... If anyone knows of any good work being offered for uni student in either weekend or afternoon/night shift, give me a bell... I have worked as a TA for a mechanic, I am now a 2nd yr engineering student, I can do anything with a guitar, I have an RSA, I have worked in a Meatworks and yeh... P.S. I can also make a killer web site.. Help!!!!!

I pay $25 for 30-45 minutes of Cello lessons a week.
Look in your local paper, do some research, find out how much ppl are charging for guitar lessons in your area. Find out from the Dept of Fair Trading if there's anything special you need to do to teach (just to be on the side of the law). Just check around... cos then you can teach kids/adults how to play and work your own hours, around Uni.

If you've got your forklift licence & really want to work, give me a PM, I could have a job for you.
Cheers Kristy.

You could get work easily in the Disabled Residential Care sector... DADHC are screaming out for workers and in some cases all you have to do is keep a house tidy and cook meals. The pay is awesome considering the level of work involved.

Well.. It was at school in group lessons of yr 6 students.. 6 students paying $10 per week for half an hour lessons... For single lessons the going rate is approx about 25-30 for half hour.. There were 4 groups per week... Cant get Johnny Howard Money because I am apparently Not Independant.. The only way you can get that money is to be kicked out of Home.. Or have parents who earn less than ~~~ a year.. I dont live with parents but I am Not Independant.. Figure that out?? Whats the go on getting a Forklift Licence???

I'm unsure where you go to get one though, I think you can find courses in the classified areas in your local paper.
