Hi there,

I don't know or anyone that does new parts for the Tail lights, there Cortina Wreakers called Small Ford Spares that has most stuff but be warned its very expensive I’ve only used him a couple times to get parts that i couldn't get anywhere else.

The Auto should be a Borg Warner 35 series auto, pretty cheap and reliable.
You can get t a C4 box behind there pretty easily.

You might be in luck for the brakes, I’m actually just about to sell my Full Conversion, its 11inch Cross drilled and slotted DBA disc's with 4 Piston Willwood callipers, the conversion is a direct bolt on comes with the spindle and everything you need, I’ll do it cheaper then the Hopper stopper (2 piston Kit) for you if your interested, its about 12months old and the only reason I’m selling it is that I’m upgrading to bigger brakes.
I can Email you some Photo’s if you like.

I would also recommend that the Booster be upgraded, there is a conversion available which i have just sold one if which is a booster off a XD and master Cylinder of an XD as well with a custom mounting plate to suit the Cortina.

if you need anymore information just ask.

Hope you have lots of fun with the Corty.

P.S i also have a full Zorst system with Pacey extactors and a luckey muffer that i no longer need =P, come to think of it i've got some pretty much new parts i no longer need such as a 12month old Radiator and 5 Stud converted diff with Boxed and powder coated control arms.
