Default My famous Fairlane

Hi everyone,

Someone I don't know used a photo of my car to sell their Fairlane, but that aside, check out the custom interior they've done for it. Interesting!

They loved their woodgrain.

Regards,

Andrew.

I like it.. i like wood grain... but if it was a Tickford V8, I personally would have gone with carbon fibre... the bit behind the middle console with the curtosy lights and vents is actually woodgrain on the LTD models.... standard Ford part.... nice though...

The mags on the car make it look too much like an old Merc or Volvo

maybe just me , for woodgrain / although im not a big fan of it ( to much of a 70's look ) the speedo/tacho cluster does't look to bad, would of suited the woodgrain lining along the front of the dash.

But having the cfp , the glovebox , near the side mirrors , and around all the vents is just way too much imo .

Would suit the older folk well i guess , i have a mate near 50 who loves woodgrain ! , he would be drooling over that ... All personal opinion ;) .

It will sell no doubt ! . Plenty of people who do like the old woodgrain effect.

Not my cup of tea and about 15,000 dollars over priced. The ltd woodgrain would have looked much nicer.

The woodgrain is actually darker than in the pic, as it was done to match the existing factory woodgrain.

Oooohhhh Mmmyyyyyy F*****kkeeeennn Goooodd!!!!!

What in the world is that. Ok i can understand woodgrain and old people mix but that i'm sorry to say is going overboard. Soon as that woodgrain went on that glovebox they went overboard. Actually the whole interior is a little overboard. They should have done Carbon Fibre or Chrome sticker highlight and it would certainly blend with the two tone paint on the exterior of the car.

maybe if it was REAL wood it would look more tasteful

but that looks WAY to tacked together

i like the guage surround in woodgrain but the rest is TOO much!

altho i think the camera would be making it worse due to the flash making it BRIGHTER than it really is (more orange than brown)

definatly sucks they are using a pic of a car that isnt theirs tho!!

also is that steeringwheel the stock sportsman item?? with the woodgrain on it?
as mine is just all grey leather that is peeling and gone yuck:(

The wheel looks like the factory option woodgrain wheel for the model.

Yes, 75th's came with the woodgrain leather steering wheel. I really don't mind my photo being used, the only concern is that the pic shows it as lowered.
