Default Cruise Control Install on Ed

how hard is it to wire up cruise on ed falcon. I havnt got the parts though. what models will be compatible? el/f?

yeah i'm interested in this i have cruise control but i changed over my wheel...i get how the boss kit and works...just don't know wat wires to put where

ea-ed only, you will need the cruise module, a good chunk of the wiring, the vaccum reservoir, and the cruise actuator, also the extra brake switch, cruise control buttons, and a steering wheel that can hold them.

ahh. sounds involved. thanks for that. think I'll do some things I can only stuff up a little bit first. I'll keep an eye out at the local wreckers though. I might have been tempted to get one out of an el I'm practically stripping so glad I found out.

the ef/EL are way different and use a electrical motor and the cable will only go as far as the BBM throttle body position for a start, I have the BBM on my car, and had to modify the cruise control cable for the EA to fit, as I looked at the EL and it seemed way too much trouble and effort to fit.
