Today the Devil breaths some fire thanks to the team at D&T.

1. Removal of the old system

2. Back being resprayed matt black ( Under the bottom lip ).
Thanks to nicholas & Racecraft for thier advice on setting this up.

3. The new system waiting to be installed

4. The final outcome. If there was sound o vision ?
Thanks to Wayne and the Guys at D&T a great job.

Hi Rodderz, next mods are ( as per the scrapped thread )

1. headers
2. cats back
3. CAI
( i am going to give a bash at building my own system based on what Geckoxr8 and XR8888 have, and may even include the air mag i have chatted about, but will start with the box first, i am planning to build an enclosed box, and incorporating the lid design on the current engine shroud ( so it has the same look ) i am also looking at building into the design the use of the metal ring clamp that is also on the standard system so it all look factory.

i will get the boys at D&T to have a look at the piping i will need to connect up to a power snorkel in the process

4. underdrives
5. edit

QTR MILE RUN

Sounds good Doc

I have been making my own cai syetem similar to the one you are talking about, should be finished Monday then it'll need some paint and insulation. Currently I have just the pod on the pipe and the difference to pull and sound is bloody amazing (although i've had the standard airbox on for 2 weeks). The other day the uterus got wheelspin into 3rd which hasnt happened before in the dry, particularly with a clutch thats just about stuffed.

It'll no doubt need a retune though

No worries mate. It's a simple design but will do the job fine.
Making the template is quite a bugger though!

Looks awesome DOC and I bet it sounds better

Could I suggest removing the Stillwell number plate surround? I think that would finish the back off perfectly.
