Was going to but I have used my drumset twice and at the end of the day I have all metallica songs anyway and GH has just kind of gone as far as it can go entertainment wise. LIPS is where it's at lol.

Awesome...pity my singing sounds like a strangled cat (which if they had obiturary as a guest band I would excel at....)
How hard is the fast stuff though on the higher difficulty levels!!

depending on the song very very hard
EG, on expert/expert+ Master of puppets and battery just to name 2 for the drums are enough to make you stab yourself with the sticks. the slower ones aren't too bad, i can do enter sandman and a few others on expert/expert+ |

I guess it also depends if you have played drums before i have never picked up a drum sticks in my life untill a few months ago, so easy level can be a bit of pain for me but i'll give it a go. There is one song can't remember the name of it but it has over 1200 notes in it, now that one is hard on the arms and the fingers on guitar :

I'm re-teaching my hands to play GH after a bit of a break after picking up GH: Metallica. Love playing the old stuff.

Has it got any of the stuff from Death Magnetic on it too?
What about Sad But true? Had a ball playing Rockband at a mates, ride the lightning and Blackened were awesome. Might have to get a console and GH Metallica, drums and singing wer good fun, especially with a few mates and beverages. : Jsmilie:

Loving GH Metallica. Fantastic mix of old and new stuff, but a bit disappointed that and justice for all was not included, as that would have been fantastic for the drums.
The motion capturing from the band really makes a difference!

Well if you have spent a period of time playing the guitar(for me it's 30 years) and 5 min trying to play guitar hero then what do you expect. I once was asked if I wanted to play Angel of Death on guitar hero. I replied "why would I want to do that when I can play it on this real guitar over here in the corner".When I play video games I want to blow stuff up not play guitar.I think it,s great that guitar hero has got lots of people to take an interest in guitar music. I would like it even more if those people picked a real guitar up and learned to play it.

Got this yesterday and havn't been able to stop playing. Loving it heaps. Someone may be able to tell me where I can get a second kick pedal from for expert+ mode on the drums? Got close to finishing fade to black but with only one pedal the old leg didnt take long to cramp up during the doube kick section at the end.
Cheers. |
