Default ECU Shiftkit Weirdness!

Hey guyz, I've just finished making the project box with the resistors i got from Jaycar today...gone out to start puttin it in and my ECUs pins 57 and 38 are rather empty? which are the ones which are suppose to be used for EB FALCON 4SPD AUTO 4L...looked at that mechanicalforums.com to confirm.
I am sooo confused...am i looking in the wrong spot or are there different pins to use that i'm not aware of?

Hmmm... are you sure the trans control is integrated in the ECU?? Look above the driver's left knee for the trans control module...

If there is no trans control module under the dash, maybe you arent looking the right pins on the ECU loom??
