Howdy Peeps,
Well it has come to my attention that there seems to be a new batch of fez owners living in sydney and what a better way than a meet and greet + cruise for all newbies to mingle with the EurofordClub( All Fiesta, Focus, Cougar and Clio Welcome). At the moment im just trying to gather interest on peeps who are willing to come and the date that would be suitable. Tho I would like to specify that it will only be on a Sunday, for reasons know to me heheheheh...... Just fill out the poll above, so we can decide on the date, then I will post some destinations and we can go from there. Hope it doesnt feel like im rushing things? Cheers Damo

Erm... at this point I'm easy on the date! Though from memory there was talk about an EFC event to Oran Park to see Darren Best's ST170 on the track.

WOW, great response already. Looks like 14th May is the popular choice, but ill let the poll run for a few more days, then make it a definite. The main aim is try and get everyone to come, tho i might be dreaming, and just have a nice mingle/chat and drive somewhere nice for lunch and grab some good photo & video opportunities. The last few cruises we have missed a few key players.
I might just throw down a few suggestions for destinations - Patonga (Old Pac Hwy) - The Entrance (Old Pac Hwy + F3 + Nice Beachy area full of food and Birds (The hot kind not seagulls) - Springwood (Blue Mountains?? That road with Twisties) Hope this isnt too much for the newbie Fez owners. Your thoughts?

It's been a year or so (doesn't time fly!) since we've been up my way. So I vote for the Springwood Road Cruise. I think everyone who came along REALLY enjoyed driving the hairpins.
Just a suggestion, we can avoid the traffic of the Great Western Highway and turn off at Penrith and go via Castlereagh Road. It might also be interesting to stop in on the International Regatta Centre/Penrith Lakes. The scenery is good for photo's. 14th of May is good for me. Abraxas is right re: Meeting on the 6/7th of May @ Oran Park to support Best Racing's ST170. See the thread.

Ok just to sum up/recap a few things.
If the 14th April is a bit of concern ie mothers day, we can put it back a week or too. Top destinations so far are The Entrance & Springwood Road, Which both sound good to me. Maybe if we can get feedback from the peeps in Newy/Gong if these two would be suitable. Also would like to know if anyone else has a video cam, as would be good to have additional footage of the cruise. Any other concerns or suggestions let me know. So far it looks like its gonna be our biggest cruise yet. WOO HOO :lookedat: PS. Teki, If it is another sunday in May, would u still be up for it?? Peeps cant wait to see the Clio in action.

Grrr I want my RS2000 back on the road so I have my own Euroford to bring, last time I had to take Focus Two, which I had to drive from Newcastle to Wollongong to collect.
Plus a manual rwd RS versus an auto fwd is no comparison (although I did have fun in Focus Two, especially going back to pick up the forgotton cameraman in Hurricane Katrina). Tim |

Hey folks,
Just returned from Broome, and geez an absence from the Forums leaves you with plenty of reading to do. For me: late May or early June.
