Thumbs down lots of speed restrictions on princes hwy

took my holidays in batemans bay. the highway to the south used to be an interesting drive, but now it's littered with dozens of speed changes. there's the usual road works and towns, but they've also added a whole bunch of 80 and 90 zones where the road is windey. rather than fixing the roads, they've just decreased the speed limit.

Are drivers so bad they have to be speed limited when there are curves?

No. But poor handling FWD Japanese, Korean and Chinese cars are a good reason to have to reduce the speed limit....
