I think you will find that there is footage of the female prior to him sticking his foot in the right position to get a look.

Mind you, if I was one that wasn't wearing underwear that day, there is no way I would be contacting police e

I read on another forum that one of the male members there said serve the women right for wearing skirts or dresses that made it easy to see up by having a camera on his shoe. And serves the women right if they weren't wearing underwear... mmmm wonder if he now is trying to figure out how to do the same as the guy that got busted :

Yeah because it is in the norm to have cameras fitted in our shoes :

Actually shouldn't laugh as it is the norm these days to have them in our phones.

There was a TV show years ago and a young guy on there did the same thing..
It would be from that show this kid got the idea.

When I was working in Brissy I copped an eye full of a young [nicker less] lady walking up a flight of stairs in front of me (we worked at the same company). Frankly, I found it offensive. Why do ladies do this??
