Default phantom grip lsd - 90 capri turbo 5sp manual

Has anyone installed a phantom grip lsd?

The 90 Ford Capri turbo (or 91 Mercury Capri XR2) is basically a late 80's 323.

http://www.importperformanceparts.ne...grip-ford.html

http://www.importperformanceparts.ne...rip-mazda.html

I have narrowed it down somewhat to...

906-GOLD
Mazda
MX6, MX3, 323
All Years
Any (trans type)
4 Cyl, Turbo and Non-Turbo (notes)

This seems to make sense with 4 cyl Ford Probes since they are supposed to have the same Mazda g-series gearbox, but different for turbo?
Maybe just the preload setting is increased for 6 cyl and turbos?
The diff itself is the same?

I contacted the manufacturer...

Any help appreciated.

phantom grip lsd's are junk
they apply pressure on your star gears to lock the diff which essentially is metal on metal with no friction material. So for your 300buck-a-roo's you get to wear out your diff
with two pieces of machined metal and spring that does nothing
