here's a number for crow 03 9357 0469 and ask for wendy. she knows pretty much everything about their cams. i rang her about mine. i'm getting the stage 4 part number is 2222543 it's a custom grind and she told me everything i needed to no. i'm getting the xr6 valve springs they sell, and the vernier gear (make sure you get that) and i got pace maker extracters aswell and 2 1/2 system but haven't built it all yet so don't know how it will go but i need a chip or probably a new ecu but you shouldn't with that cam. maybe just a chip, not sure

a vernier wheel you can get for $150...

you dont have to have a chip... my car was putting out around 150RWKW with no chip.. just cam, and exhaust...

The cam will fit your head.
The cam should crack the numbers you are chasing,
I use the 2222549 cam, with stock springs, and it has .530 lift,
yours runs .493, so you probably wouldn't need springs.
You don't need a vernier gear, unless you want to spent $100's for no gain (maybe 2kw)
A cam can be fitted in a day easy, half a day even, for about $150- $250 depending where you go.
