Hey all,
I've got something funny going on with my trip computer. I know that they arent overly accurate but it usually gives me an idea of whats going on. However sometimes when i put fuel in the guage nor the trip computer increases and but it takes a while for it to gradually increase. Also when i recently filled up my car they trip computer was going ballistic saying i had 620km to empty then having only travelled 20km had fluctuated down to 499km to go, then when i pulled up my driveway i actually saw it changing from number to number back up to 550km and so on, the fuel gauge also was all over the place. Have any of you had this problem too? |

Yup, I dont think mine reads out how much km's I have left. But after pumping petrol it'll take a moment for the gauge to increase. However, there'll be times when my fuel gauge would be on 3 bars and when I stop the car and start it up again, it'll go back up to 4 bars, 10minutes of driving later and its back down to 3 bars.
I wouldn't know whats causing this or how to fix it.

Fuel sender problem. Its either dirty or rooted. The new focus has the same problem.
