Default fun wheelchair ride...

possibly old news but anyways....

Quote:
A DISABLED American man got a wild ride when his electric wheelchair became wedged in the grille of a truck and was pushed down a highway for several kilometres at speeds of up to 80km/h.
as bad as that was, I can't help chuckling everytime i read it :hihi:

How lucky is this guy ? And he was pretty peeved that he spilt his soda. Must have good bearings in those wheels. Whilst im here, i must comment on your quote about having a big bowl of stupid and maybe next time washing it down with a big cup of shut the XXXX up. I LOVE IT. That is the ultimate comeback and i have actually recently used it on my supervisor. He didnt find it funny but XXXX it made me feel better. :

i think one of the reasons i find it so funny (apart from the obvious ones) is i work at a transport company, and a few of the drivers have 'mascots' attached to their bullbars, such as garfield and tigger stuffed toys... (apparently chicks dig it)
I think a handicapped person in a wheelchair is a bit over the top tho lol...

For those who know me personally they'll know that I use a Manual Wheelchair. I've only ever got the thing to about 22kph! That was downhill and with the wind behind me (I'm joking) but once had a Police Radar "clock" me to "verify" it.

Oh Montyv8, it sure does put a new meaning to fitting a AeroFoil to the front of the truck. You'd be guaranteed to get a few more m.p.g.

luckily nothing went wrong (injury-wise), so, as I consider it a funny situation, I will continue to laugh
