i am wondering if some people get egged on by seeing cars with custom number plates for instance (these are eg's) raceme or runs9s or stking etc etc these are just made up but i want to know if you seen these would you try and race a person or do you think the owner would get hasseld to race n drag all the time...
I just wanna know what people think it doesnt actually mean you are a hoon or anything but if you are in that position at a sily age or whatever |

Plates - no, stickers though...... "Baby on Board" just makes me want to drag the Kia in the middle lane every time I see it.

Plates are a novelty, one would only be baited by them if they were that way inclined.
I saw the plates COPB8T today on a beautiful red Charger. I asked him if the constabulary give him any grief, he said "No, they just smile and give me the thumbs up, the only trouble i have is with the EPA" (Horrible 360ci V8 noise). |

Since putting STUNT DRIVER upside on the rear window of my ute right next to my p-plate, fewer people have tailgated or tried to give me a run when we meet at the lights

There was a guy getting around in a Porsche with "STOLEN" for plates, wondered why the cops kept pulling him over.
Another guy in a hot VN had "WARTIME" and he also wondered why he kept getting pulled up, even got his Daddy to complain to the media about Police harrasment, never mind he kept hooning about all the time.

I hate novelty plates (or as the seppos accurately call them, "vanity plates") Get an original car.. any twanger can buy an original plate.
Personalised plates (IMO) are in the same league as novelty ties

DUZAV8 - Was a rotary in Geelong a decade or so a go. The verdict after being passed by a powersliding Falcon hardtop, was "no it doesn't".

No,I'm not at all tempted to race anyone due to the numberplate,no matter what it reads.
If done tastefully, they can look good. However if it is clear the plate looks way out of place, you can't help but feel pitty for the driver. |

I saw a BMW 323Ci Convertible once with the plates "THE CEO." The guy looked like a , and was driving like one (well over 100km/h in a 70 zone, continous cruise). The whole sight gave me a hankering to hose him... but I cbf'd. :

I've seen a few different numberplates lately. On a stock Mercedes Benz YBLEGL and a stock AU1 Forte 100FPV < Personalised. Not so much egging you on but makes you wonder why they bothered.
