Default QLD members

Does anyone know how many members are actually situated in qld?And how many are in the brisbane area? Its just that if we have any cruises i was wondering how many people could actually turn up. I mean people residing in the melbourne area couldnt expect people from qld to turn up unless they were on holiday and single and with a good credit card. :

There are a couple of car clubs in QLD and smaller ones along the coast., Sunshine and Gold.

There was a Dyno day on Saturday actually for the Sunshine Coast group

Hahaha

we have a member here, RedHotXr8 who told me about on Sunday, try sending him a PM and asking.

Stuart was the founding member and ex President of the Victorian Xr Club, top bloke to know and a wealth of Knowledge.

I think there is a group of 30 or so members in the Sunshine Coast chapter.

Btw, where are you? next time I am up we will have to catch up as my BIL runs the local down at Coolum and lives behind Mt Coolum

Mate, if you head over to the QLD/NSW events forum, you'll find a fairly large group of South-East QLD nutcases who cruise every month or so, formally and informally. Biggest cruise ever had 50+ cars, average cruise would run to about a dozen.

At the moment, yes. I hate packing on 100 kays per day commuting from work.

Plenty of Northsiders here, I'm moving to the inner city soon though so I won't be needing a car anymore! Might be time to get something impractical for weekend use.

well, more ppl north of bris than I ever thought. As AUII and GMachine already know, Waity and I are organising a cruise ending at Hervey Bay (about 2.5 hours north of north bris), mainly because we and a few mates are new to the forum/clubs and want to meet everyone.

Anyway, no rice vehicles up here, except the odd commodore. falcon boys generallly just dump it on its guts and slap on mags. although a lot of them are white

Pomona eh? I used to live about 10mins from Pomona (well Mum said its 15mins, I claim 8 mins).

Thats interesting as you seem to sell bits and pieces and I come back to the area every few weeks.
