I know its not a Ford, but about 10 years ago, Mitsubishi had a blown v6 magna drag car in prostock (I think it was prostock). The original race car had a small block Chev, but Mitsys had it turfed out and replaced it with there own engine(albiet with a lot of mods), does anyone what happened to this unique drag car and how well it had done?

I'm not sure if it's the same car but there's a red white and blue coloured Magna V6 drag car (RWD I believe) that's sponsored by Independant Fuel Supplies here on the Gold Coast, although i haven't seen it for a couple of years it was quite a rocket.

That sounds like the same one. I liked this car. It raced by Les Nagy. Originally it was raced with a 350 at first, then Mitsubishi supplied 2 complete standard motors. It raced in super stock with this setup but wasnt really competitive against more developed cars. Last i heard was it raced at the Jamboree not long ago.
