Exclamation Please Helppppp Gearbox

im buying a 16 valve twin overhead cam dohc b6t motor in about 3 weeks but the guys blew the box.. will i need to buy a new box or can i use my n/a tx3 siungle overhead cam box.. if not what box can i use and how much will it setme back

the DOHC turbo boxes are getting really hard to find (even harder in good cond)

Depends on how badly blown the box is might be more worthwhile to be rebuilt.

if the casing has blow right out, its a throw away job. if the gearset is buggered you can look into the 626 getsets (from the same years) to fit in.

keep looking around, if you find one, take it down a geabox builder and get it reco'd before fitting, too many of them are buggered to put in straight away, unless they can prove to you the box is good.
