I overheard a couple of guys discussing fuel economy on the Campbelltown to Sorell cruise, and I thought you might be interested to know mine.
Like Ian, I drove home from Sorell. I drove 478km at an average speed of 82kph using 12.4 l/100km Trevor |

Hi Trevor,
I didnt check mine after Sorell, But from Launceston to Sorell i used 10.4 L/100 from memory. Then after sat arvo and sunday in town it was 11.8 L/100 when i dropped the car off at Brighton. I didnt think to check the average speed or DTE. Tim |

Interesting. Trip down achieved 11.8 l/100 @ 91kph average. Trip home 11.4 l/100 @94kph average. Total of 605 ks for the day. Trip home was mostly on cruise. I cannot complain excellent economy and still under 10,000ks on the Cobra.

A little bit off topic I know, but I'd just like to say thank you to all for having me along for the day to see what the club is all about.
I enjoyed both the day and meeting some new people, and look forward to joining as a full member. Cheers, Chris. |

These are some good numbers, guys. Steve, if you remember, how did your F6 go?
So, nobody is getting the horror story numbers of 14, 15, 18 like I read about in the B Series forum? Chris, the Mini Golf in May will be good fun (and for the whole family) see you there. |
