Default Action Against Ford

What are the thoughts of this forums users about the action against Ford by Bannisters. Received a letter from them but at this stage haven't gone any further with it.

For those that don’t know the background..
It relates to a class action (Bannisters Legal) re the twin-clutch automatic transmissions in certain Ford supplied vehicles.

Well Martin's place legal services gets 20-30 percent of any funds won before you get a cent unless you agree to pay up your share. That is the way I read it. Glad I'm not lazy and use my left leg and arm to change gears in my 2012 focus sport and I have had no issues with shuddering etc etc etc.
