Default MSN Pop Up Issue

Ok, I have thrown my anti adware programs at this one to no avail. I keep getting these stupid MSN popups from soemthing that has attached itself to my system along the way, but non of my pathetic programs can find it.

Any suggestions for something to cleanse my system?

Programs I have tried:
CWShredder
No-Adware
Ad-aware 6
PC-Cillin

Any help would be appreciated, I left msn during work and came back to about 30 of these stupid notices.

because it goes through your registry as well and removes the source of the pop ups.

Try "Hijack-This" , newbies might want to get some help with the reports though.

instead of sitting here just posting stuff like "why would this work?...... that wont fix it.....this has nothing to do with that", how about if you know so much, you contribute further for people that may look at this thread later in life, by telling everyone what would work.
it really doesnt help other people that have this problem by saying what WONT work. the point is what WILL work.
4 posts in this thread and you havent once said what will fix the problem.

awww getting a little bit upset there are we!

its nothing to do with spyware etc as its the windows messenger function built into windows

start/control panel/administrator options/services

disable the messenger server

yes i do know lots about this issue as have done it a million times

dont really see you having much to say about how to fix it as my first post stated its the windows messenger function which you should know has nothing to do with anti virus

thank you. could have just posted that the first time round and made things easier.
wasnt getting upset either, just see it pointless to keep saying what wont work without saying what will........isnt helping others the whole point of being here?

you proabably installed the "sponsor" program too, thats why. uninstall msn plus and use AdAware (www.lavasoft.de) to remove the adware. then install msn plus without the sponsor program
