As you may have read in this thread, the club is interested in removing the hoon element from the club.
This will assist us all in changing the was the club is currently viewed which is better for the club and it’s members. Then the police attraction will be decreased and more members can display their stickers without fear. Hence the creation of ”Dob in a hoon” Simply PM any moderator with what activity you witnessed. Also refer back to here

I suggest this be locked, it wont be popular. I see where you are coming from, BUT, just like that "dob in a ciggy butt thrower" it can be abused.....

I must say that from the last eseries cruise and the attendance at the VSS event the driving has become a lot more respectible. It's good to see the repect of the club being shown and this is portrayed to the public.
