It's fitted with Irish Air Con...... open the quarter windows.

FG G6ET 50th Anniversary in Sensation.
While the basic Ford Six was code named Barra, the Turbo version clearly deserved its very own moniker – again enter Gordon Barfield.
We asked him if the engine had actually been called “Seagull” and how that came about.
“Actually it was just call “Gull”, because I named it that. Because we knew it was going to poo on everything”.

Dont see why not, these type of thing existed in Qld in XY form. Overland built them to spec so I would think its registerable in any state.

any way it has 240 air conditioning

It looks interesting, but the wheelbase does't quite line up with the body - the Fairmont looks slightly longer than the Patrol does.
