Default Box overheating

Hi I bought a box last week or the week before, I had to buy a pal to ntsc conversion box to get the signal to display on the screen as with the new iPads/iPhones u can't toggle pal/ntsc from the settings menu.

So it all works great, until it displays nothing after about 40 minutes. The box is mounted under the tissue box holder with straps hiding it out of sight, and when I touched it it seems to be maybe overheating?? Could this effect the display?. When I flick the earth switch on/off, you see about 1 second of video on the screen until the black screen returns... Does anyone know how to prevent this or is it a problem with where I have it mounted??

Hey fadi, i unplugged the usb in the box, and it still overheats, every 40 mins i have to wack the AC on the footwell as it somehow cools down the box. Any more tips, im used to it now, so it doesnt really bother me, and im sure once winter hits it will be fine.
