Hey all,
For the upcoming long weekend, a few mates and me have decided on taking a pub crawl to a random/unknown town in NSW. We are currently in Leeton (30mins from Griffith) and looking to travel 2-4hrs away. We are looking for a town not too large and not too small and possible sites we have come up with so far are Young, Mulwala, Moama...and Conargo. Just wondering if any has some good ideas for destinations? Must have good pub/club atmosphere! Golfing + fishing are a bonus. Basically after the best country pub in NSW. Cheers |

Pfft Henri, you don't like Wagga 'cos you couldn't pick up.
Come Wagga, about 10 pubs in the main st to choose from. |

Well had a great weekend and setttled on Mulwala/Yarrawonga. The size of the place far exceeded my expectations. Twice the size of Griffith and twice as fun! Highly recommend for a weekend away.
Minigolf, dodgem cars, fishing, swimming, skiing. Actually great club scene down there. Twice as good as the Capital Nightclub and free entry. |

West Wyalong. There's enough pubs there to get you slaughtered without having to walk more than a few hundred metres at a time.
