From Brett Stevens Website:

Australian Drag Racing heavyweight Brett ‘The Boss' Stevens has finally revealed his much anticipated Jack Daniel's Racing Falcon Top Doorslammers.

The stunning pair of 3000 horsepower BF Ford Falcon sedans were launched at a private sponsors day with Jack Daniel's, where it was confirmed that they will be continuing their 13 year relationship of the highly successful Brett Stevens Racing team.

“The new cars are amazing feats of engineering that have incorporated all of the best aerodynamic designs for the bracket as well as unsurpassed safety initiatives, which is of paramount importance in Drag Racing,” Stevens said.

“As well as the all new chassis and body, we have also incorporated the new, more striking, Jack Daniel's Racing paint scheme.”

“As a package I couldn't have asked for anything more and now it is up to me to bring all of the hard work of the last 6 months to fruition on the race track.’’

“I am sure the new car will go a long way to helping me reclaim the
Australian Championship that I won in 2004.”

With some initial setbacks in her racing career after her debut, which included a non racing related motorcycle accident and the birth of her first child, Kath Stevens is also now ready to take her place back in driver's seat in the male dominated sport.

“The new Falcons are immaculate, Monty (Brown) our head chassis builder has done a fantastic job at developing what are some of the most technically advanced cars not only in the country, but the world.’’

“I am really excited about getting back in the drivers seat of my Top Doorslammer and, with some more drive time, want to get in there and make an impact in one of the most popular professional brackets in Australian Drag Racing,” Kath said.

“My main focus now is getting to know my new car, lowering my times and hopefully qualifying for the elimination rounds.’’

‘’ With the best cars, the best coach (in husband Brett Stevens) and the best team behind me the pressure is now on.’’

The new cars were built entirely in the Brett Stevens Racing chassis shop whose recent products include the worlds fastest Top Doorslammer (Aaron Lynch), the Australian Top Alcohol Funny Car record holder (Brett Stevens) and the three quickest and fastest Harleys ever in Australia (Troy McLean, Brett Stevens and Kim Stevens).

The Jack Daniel's Racing Falcon Top Doorslammers are set to debut at Willowbank Raceways Winternationals from June 9-11. The Winternationals is the pinnacle event in the Australian Drag Racing calendar and is also the final round of the National Drag Racing Championship.

Pace Yourself. Please Drink Responsibly.
